The Process

It all starts with a design and an idea. Anders uses design software to render beautiful images into cut files. Then he stains boards and cuts them on the laser.  

The backs get stamped with our logo:

Then we have to piece all the items like a puzzle. But upside down so it can be glued together. Usually, the kids help. Sometimes the cats... don't help. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It's not always fun. But most of the time we enjoy the time together as a family. We can talk, watch movies, or listen to music while we sit together a piece and glue. 

Once it's glued together each little piece of art has to be wiped of laser dust. Then it has to be finished. We glue magnets on or tie strings on.

Then they are ready to ship out. Sometimes the orders are big, sometimes they are small. We love them all!
